ParkerJoe is always looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team! Our Part-Time Style Advisors create a fun and welcoming shopping experience for boys and their families while helping customers find the perfect clothing, gifts, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, exceptional customer service to children and parents.

• Assist with styling, sizing, and personalized recommendations.

• Process transactions accurately using our POS system.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.

• Restock merchandise and help maintain appropriate inventory on the sales floor.

• Assist with shipments, stockroom organization, and merchandising.

• Promote ParkerJoe events, specials, and customer programs.

• Prioritize customer engagement and support the team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

• Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and comfortable working with children and families.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.

• Open availability is strongly preferred.

• Background check required.

Holiday Availability Holiday availability is required for this position. December 15–24 is a holiday blackout period, and team members are expected to be available to work during this time. Time-off requests will not be approved during the Christmas blackout period. ParkerJoe is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.
