Yes. After placing an order with a participating store or restaurant, simply go to the pickup location specific to the retailer you shopped with. Once there, our First Colony Mall Curbside Parking Area will have spaces labeled so you can provide the store your exact location when you arrive.

When a person calls about a lost or stolen vehicle, we often find they forgot where they have parked. We will get a description of the car so we can start looking on camera. We also have a mobile unit pick up the owner and go looking for the car. We will often use a key fob to listen for the beep of the alarm. If the car is found to have been stolen, we will call SLPD. At time they get the call that the car has been stolen so they will have us check the property until we are 100 % sure the car is not on property
The overnight officer will ticket each vehicle that is left on property after 2am. Once a third ticket is placed on a car it is considered as abandoned. At that time, the security director contacts the General Manager to authorize a tow by a selected tow company. There are signs posted at various places on the property. If a vehicle is used in a crime such as shoplifting Sugar Land PD may request that car to be towed by the city contractor.

Yes, there are two charging stations in the Macy’s parking lot. There are additional charging stations in front of Dick’s Sporting Goods and in the Lifestyle area. You will need to download The Shell APP and log in to be able to charge your vehicle.

Lost and found is located in the security office. Their office is located past the restrooms next to the food court.
Yes. Anyone that needs an escort can call the security office near the food court by phone at 281-265-4424 or by the use of the Live Safe Application
Yes. Security will call the Sugar Land Police Dept for any Tenant of guest who needs to speak with them. On the days that we have off duty officers working they will try to help as they can.
Yes. The Basic First Aid Level with the ability to deploy AED and Narcan. In the case of sever medical emergency or injury Sugar Land Fire/EMS is called for evaluation.

Yes, First Colony Mall offers wheelchairs at no cost. You can check them out through security, which is located in the food court next to the family restrooms, on a first come, first served basis.
Yes, single strollers are available to rent for $8 and can be picked up at entrance 1 near Helzberg Diamonds/Kay Jewelers and at entrance 5 near Great American Cookies/Claire’s. Double strollers are available to rent for $10 at entrance 2 near Forever 21/FCM Dentist.
The mall itself is one level. However, we do have elevators located in Macy’s and Dillard’s garage.
